Hi there, I’m looking to rent a place out can be an apartment or a house, I’d generally would prefer a house but okay with either. I am needing to have an in unit washer and dryer. And would be allowing cats. Can do 850 a month if some utilities are included otherwise if no utilities are included would like to keep it 750 or below. Looking in the Waterloo Iowa area !
