Bike is a 1985---Schwinn made these from 1983-1985--this is the best year as it was the only year with cantilever brakes.

Completely rebuilt-----including candy root beer paint.
New parts--paint--tires--cartridge bottom bracket--cable housings.
Work done--wheels trued with tires removed to true both radially and laterally.
Check chain for stretch--clean and lube.
Pedals were grease injected as they are not rebuildable, the pedal shaft is peened over.
The toe clips are adjustable, and the strap can be moved up or down with the slot at the top of the toe clip.
Headset and both hubs rebuilt.
Freewheel was taken apart and overhauled.
Rear derailleur completely overhauled.
All chrome and paint waxed.

Bike is a 15 speed with a Suntour drive train.
Gearing in the rear was increased from a 14x28 to a 14x32
Bike has original wheels, rear has the 40 spoke.
Tune up of brakes--derailleurs--and lubed.
It looks very nice, and rides beautifully.
Frame was sand blasted---painted silver---7-8 coats of candy root beer---3 coats of clear coat.
The paint is metal flake and is gorgeous in the sun.
