Most snow throwers for sale do not have the part, because snow throwers for sale come from
a Pedal Lift or Lever lift tractors, that do not use this stop.
Operators of used snow throwers need to add these part to their assemblies to ensure no
damage to the front sway bar rod attached to the tractor frame and snow thrower (Rod #8).
The drive pulley and the belt may also be damaged, if lift stop is not installed when snow thrower
is raised excessively.
