We oversee several properties in Waterloo and 60 miles out. We have work ready to assign. These are properties that need to be secured, and maintained in Waterloo, IA. We can scale up from there. Typical service on these properties would start with the following, but can increase depending on what the property needs.
This is not full time work, and is to be treated as supplementary income. You can pick and choose you coverage area, but we offer more work to those that cover a wider range. We are looking for a person that has their own tools and materials to complete this work, and reliable transportation. We require GL insurance, but can wait on this, until you are confident that it is cost effective. We do have work to issue immediately. ALL WORK REQUIRES PHOTOS. This is the only way to prove that is completed, and issue payment.
