Local Routes
- Pay: Get paid weekly while averaging $78,000 - $82,680, earned by activity through miles and stops. Top earners make $90,896 per year. This operation offers a weekly $50 safety and performance bonus.
- Schedule: Be home daily with consecutive days off and consistent schedules! This opportunity has a five-day workweek with varied days and schedules available. Drivers can expect 450 to 550 miles per day and average 10 to 12 hours per shift. Current open schedules are Thursday to Monday, both starting between 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. or Friday to Tuesday starting between 12 - 4 p.m., 2 - 6 p.m., or 11:30 p.m. - 4 a.m. Route schedules availability are subject to change as we fill seats!
- Equipment: Drivel late-model equipment serviced by our local maintenance team!
- Pay: Get paid weekly and earn $0.60 per mile, $19 per stop, and $50 per layover. Average $85,300 - $91,000. This operation offers a $50 weekly safety and performance bonus!
- Schedule: Be home weekly with consecutive days off! These five-day routes are out and back to Cedar Falls during the week. Run an average of 2,100 to 2,500 miles per week with multiple stops. Area of operation is Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and other surrounding states. We are currently hiring for a Tuesday through Saturday schedule starting between 11:30 p.m. - 4 a.m. or Sunday through Thursday schedule starting between 2-6 a.m.
- Equipment: Drive late-model Sleeper Cabs serviced by our local maintenance team!
- Pay: Effective March 22, 2026, drivers are paid $0.84 per mile split and $33 per stop split while averaging 4,500+ miles per week. Earn $119,000 per year, per driver. Get paid weekly!
- Schedule: Be home weekly with a consistent schedule from Thursday to Monday. Enjoy consecutive days off! This opportunity has a 4-8 p.m. start time on Thursday.
- Equipment: Drive a newer 2024 or 2025 Freightliner Sleeper Cab with a power inverter and double bunk. This operation has a shop onsite that provides regular maintenance and cleaning. Enjoy no-touch freight!
- Pay: Get paid weekly while earning $0.83 per mile split and $30 per stop split while averaging 4,500+ miles per week. Earn $119,000 per year, per driver!
- Schedule: Be home weekly with a consistent schedule from Thursday to Monday. Enjoy consecutive days off! This opportunity has a 4-8 p.m. start time on Thursday.
