These consoles are brand new, completely plug and play and very easy to use. You don't need to be online at all to use the console, just connect the HDMI cable to your TV and plug it in and you are ready to play thousands of classics from the retro arcades and 36 home systems. Two controllers are included, wired or wireless options. You can use cheat codes and save your games.
I spent a TON of time putting the library together. This is definitely not one those "super consoles" cluttered with repeats and demos and games that don't work. I have tested all of the games and deleted all of the nonsense. This very clean and clutter-free with zero mindless filler.
